Program Fees Within the Northeast

Individual program/workshop rates for schools and libraries within the Northeast range from $200 to $400 depending upon the specific program, the size and nature of the audience and the time and distance traveled. Block booking and multiple performances in the same space at back-to-back times are available at reduced prices. Residency rates generally run from $500 to $600 per day.

Expenses

There is a 35¢ per-mile charge for travel round-trip to locations reachable by car. For overnights, the organization or school arranging the visit pays meals, lodging and travel.

Wiggle Room for Fees

Fees are somewhat negotiable for local groups, small audiences and agencies with very limited budgets.
